Subject: New CLP hazard classes: classification and safety data sheets

Dear [supplier],

Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/707 added new hazard classes to the CLP Regulation: endocrine disruption for human health and for the environment, PBT/vPvB, and PMT/vPvM. Substances already on the market must be classified against these classes by 1 November 2026, and mixtures already on the market by 1 May 2028.

For each product you supply to us, please tell us:
1. whether its classification changes under the new hazard classes, and which of the new hazard statements (EUH380, EUH381, EUH430, EUH431, EUH440, EUH441, EUH450, EUH451) apply;
2. when you will send us an updated safety data sheet;
3. for mixtures, when you expect to finish the reclassification.

Please reply to [name, email] by [date].

Kind regards,
[name]
[company]
